Vedic Thai yoga bodywork with Mukti

Learn the fundamentals of traditional Vedic Thai Yoga Massage in this four day, 24 CEU immersion training taught by Mukti, the founder of the Vedic Conservancy.

Known in Thailand as Nuad Borarn, Vedic Thai Yoga Massage is a form of bodywork utilized traditionally as a remedy to emotional stress and physical inertia.

In this training, you’ll learn how to facilitate a two hour thai yoga session, during which you’ll blend flowing rhythmic compressions of the feet, knees, palms, elbows, forearms and fingers with yoga asana and pranayama breath practices. The result produces a balanced and harmonious integration of the body’s vital systems.
