Celebrate the first day of spring with Live Love Flow with a Vinyasa Flow Class with Marvin Mecwan and Live DJ,

In these challenging and athletic Vinyasa Yoga classes, poses are linked together and synced with the breath. We flow through the asanas connecting each sequence with a vinyasa. This keeps the body warm and engaged throughout the practice. This is beautiful, dynamic style of flow Yoga that maintains a playful and dance-like quality. There is no set sequence and each teacher brings his/her own style. Many of the classes incorporate music to support the energy of the flow. Most classes are all levels or levels are indicated on the schedule.

About DJ MB:

Behind the decks Mb has circled the globe to share his sound in some of clublands top destinations – Ibiza, London, Miami and New York. He’s performed with world class Dj’s BT, Carl Cox, Josh Wink, Gabriel & Dresden Satoshie Tomiie, and Tall Paul. Mb just completed a tour of Asia & the South Pacific and is currently working in the studio on various collaborations – one of them being a live electronic music.
