Sangha is partnering with Julia Hollenberg and Noonday Collection to host a virtual trunk show!  Shop global jewelry & accessories to support the dignified jobs and livelihoods of mostly women-artisans around the world.  Twenty-five percent of sales will be donated to the Seattle Foundation’s newly created Black Future Co-op Fund, and 10% of sales will go directly back to support Noonday artisan partners who have been compacted by COVID-19.  We can use our purchasing power for good, and be the co-creators of a more equitable world, all while wearing fabulous accessories!

You may have noticed that Julia always shows up Saturday morning to teach wearing a fabulous pair of earrings – the vast majority of these earrings are from Noonday!  She has been a long-time supporter of this company, and has joined their team as an Ambassador to share the story and mission of noonday, and keep herself in a constant supply of bohemian-meets-earthy-meets-chic-jewelry!

About Noonday Collection

Noonday is a curated collection of jewelry and accessories hand-made by artisans around the world – Ecuador, Ethiopia, Kenya and India to name a few.

“We travel the world to identify artisan entrepreneurs who share our dream of creating meaningful opportunity in vulnerable communities. We design jewelry and accessories in collaboration with talented Artisans, using unique materials and traditional skills to create beautiful, unique jewelry. We develop artisan businesses through fair trade, empowering them to grow sustainably. By connecting artisan businesses to a growing market for their goods, we enable them to create more jobs for people in their communities who need them.”

About Black Future Co-op Fund

COVID-19 and its effects have had a disproportionate impact on the Black community, nationwide and in Washington state. The purpose of the Black Future Co-op Fund is to acknowledge the harm that systemic racism has done to the Black community in our state. The Fund will be a collective hub for efforts to eradicate poverty, build generational wealth, preserve Black Culture, and celebrate the incredible resilience of the Black community. It will uplift the Black community across Washington through intentional investments in areas such as health, housing, education, art, criminal justice reform, and civic engagement.
