Join Kristen O’Conner for this 6 week series of the Yoga of Awareness, otherwise known as Kundalini Yoga. Together, you will explore invigorating movement, posture exercises, gong baths, and meditation.
Kundalini yoga is a practice that allows you to dive deep into the different layers of your existence, including your mind, your body and your soul, to awaken a new sense of awareness.
While many practitioners choose to wear white to expand their inner radiance, please wear whatever clothing is comfortable for you to move in. Bring your yoga mat, a mug for tea, and an open mind.

Cost: $99 for non-members and it is free for Members.

Born and raised in Burien, WA, Kristen is a local yogini who knew she wanted to teach yoga after her first class. While initially loving the way a yoga posture workout made her feel, over time she saw the much deeper benefits of a continued practice. What keeps her doing yoga is being constantly motivated by a fun, inspiring, and empowering environment, which fosters personal awareness and growth.
Kristen is a creative and innovative instructor who will bring it all together in an awakening and unifying experience. She invites students of all levels of flexibility and ability to join her for a laugh and a sweat today.
