Teachers:

Beth – is inspired by a desire to integrate the practices of mental health, yoga, meditation, and ignatian spirituality in service of supporting the growth of individuals and communities committed to justice. Specifically she invites students to recognize what holds them back, explore tools to navigate change, and discover their deepest joy. Beth is a certified Core Power instructor, a Samarya Yoga Instructor, and is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She provides holistic, yoga-inspired counseling through her private practice, Flowing with Purpose.

Kathleen – has been a yoga practitioner for nearly 20 years; her strong desire to deepen her own practice and share her love of yoga with others led her to become a teacher. Kathleen has spent much time exploring the great outdoors and the North Cascades; through nature she has found space for healing and connection, and shares that with her students regularly. Using the breath as a key tool for healing, Kathleen incorporates elements of pranayama in all of her classes as well as concentration and meditation techniques. Kathleen is a certified Samarya Yoga Instructor and is finishing her Yoga Therapy certification.
