Well-Fit Accountability is a blend of Yoga, inspirations for introspection, journaling, and conversations. The goal is to look at patterns that are not productive around wellness and fitness, set new intentions and create accountability support in the class and on going outside of class.

Students will need:

  • Yoga attire
  • Journal/Pen

Date and time: October 27, 2023 – 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Cost: $35 per person

About the instructor: Dawni Rae

Dawnie-RaeDawni Rae’s passion is to help people look within to work it out! She has been involved in movement and health for nearly 30 years, starting as a group fitness instructor but soon branching into other modalities as she saw the great benefits they can bring to clients. She earned her Yoga Instructor certification in 2018 from the Sendatsu yoga teacher training program. You can find her yoga expertise in both the yoga studio and worked into her small-group training and life coaching business. She prefers a vibrant, movement-focused Vinyasa yoga and loves to engage with each participant, striving to help them press their limits and grow in their practice.
