Our Awaken the Heart Yoga Retreat takes place in Aldermarsh retreat center on beautiful Whidbey Island. Aldermarsh is a place that has evolved from being present to one’s self, while listening to the land. The beautiful surrounding wetlands are dedicated to presence and continual deep listening.
