The time has come to slow down and pause as we celebrate the longest night of the year and the first day of winter. This season is calling us to be still and reflect before the new year. It marks both an ending and a beginning and celebrates both the light and darkness in each of us and the world. Join Phoebe for a slow restorative practice and a night filled with reflection and ritual.

About the instructor: Phoebe Azreal

Phoebe Azreal

Phoebe started practicing yoga on and off at the young age of 13. She always knew she wanted to be a yoga teacher, but felt she had to have the perfect practice/ perfect yoga body, before she could do so. Over the past few years her practice evolved to be more then an hour of physical activity. Her mat became a place of deep healing and connection. β€œMoving my body to my breath allows me the freedom to drop my ego and really become one with my authentic self.” This freedom gave Phoebe the courage & motivation to step up and become the teacher she always dreamed of being. Now you can find her practicing, teaching, and expanding her knowledge of yoga and herself. She has taken that knowledge off the mat too and leads humans into becoming there best self in her life changing coaching program Light Up Your Life and magical retreats. Phoebe shines her light bright and everything she does invites you to do the same. When not with clients you can find Phoebe reading tarot, writing, and playing with her cat hudini.
