Helping with Hand stands Workshop at Shakti Redmond

Shakti Redmond is offering a special workshop focused on helping you perfect your hand stands in support of the Yoga for Hope fundraiser on July 19th. A donation of $25 is suggested for this yoga workshop.
The workshop is led by Lisa Black.
