Loading Events

Whether you are journaling, crafting emails to coworkers, or writing letters to friends and family, this workshop is for anyone interested in using the practice of yoga to kickstart or enhance their writing practice and stimulate expressive creativity. We will use Pantanjali’s Yoga Sutras and other resources to explore and address obstacles to writing and telling our stories from an open heart; practice heart awakening and other asanas to inspire spontaneity; and engage in writing exercises designed to explore how language lives in our bodies.
