About the instructors: Donna Davidge & Maria Massei-Rosato
Donna (Amrita) Davidge is a highly experienced 500 E-RYT yoga teacher. She received her Masters in Nutrition in the late 70s and modeled in Europe in the early 80s. In 1985 Donna discovered Kundalini Yoga, studying for years with Yogi Bhajan. She currently teaches many forms of yoga, including Ashtanga, Iyengar and Dharma. Yoga, in New York City and at her acclaimed retreat in Maine since 1997.
Maria Massei-Rosato is an author and screenwriter with an M.F.A in Creative Nonfiction from The New School. She is passionate about mentoring and coaching writers to help them find their inner voice and write from their heart. Her most recent writing can be found in Mutha Magazine, Boomer Lit Mag, and Poets & Writers Magazine. Her screenplay, based on her memoir, has been a finalist in twelve film festivals and recently won best screenplay for Montana’s Covellite Film Festival.
