In this two-part workshop you will deepen your understanding of the first two limbs of Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga: the Yamas and Niyamas. These foundational pieces of yoga practice remind us that yoga is not only enacted on the mat, but is a way of life every day. By utilizing the Yamas and Niyamas to guide your yogic path you can cultivate greater compassion and understanding of self, and in turn connect more with your community and the world. With a richer understanding of the Yamas and Niyamas we have the opportunity to use our yoga practice to make a positive difference in this world.

The dates and times for this workshop are Sunday 1/29 and Sunday 2/12, from 11:15am to 1:45 pm.

The sessions will include:
Group discussion
Personal reflection
Asana practice
