This restful class offers a luxurious experience as you rest on the warm infrared Biomat. Nina leads a gentle yin-style yoga session to calm the body, release stress and ease the mind. Your body will blissfully respond to the soothing, calming energy of the Biomat, as you derive the following additional health benefits:

Please note that while this is formatted a series, classes are sold individually. This series will show all of the available class dates for a given month, but the series is not taught progressively, so it is not expected or required that you attend classes sequentially.

**Registration & refund policy: if you cancel less than 72 hours before the workshop begins, your funds may ONLY be returned to your Yogabliss MindBody Account for future use at Yogabliss. If you wish to cancel with more than 72 hours’ notice, you will be refunded in full via your original payment method.**

 

About the instructor: Nina Cambern

Nina Cambern

Nina walked into her first yoga class intending to work through an injured knee and leg … as that rehabilitative process took shape, she began to notice that not only her leg was healing, but also her attitudes, her stress responses, her energy. Having soon fallen completely in love with both the mental and physical practices of yoga, Nina shifted her previous ballet and piano teaching into yoga. Revealing her background in music and writing, Nina’s yoga and meditation classes incorporate the flow of words and sound with the stream of breath, energy, thought, and subtle movement.Nina is an E-RYT-200 instructor with special training in spinal alignment on the SoulMat with Chiara Guerrieri. She also studied instinctive movement and the effects of free dance on the chakra system with Australian group Chakradance. Her fascination with travel and living-lightly took her to Thailand where she recently spent three months exploring Buddhist culture and studying yoga at the Orion Healing Center and Samma Karuna.Nina’s loves include live music, dancing of all kinds, conversation, books, sand, waves, everything about beaches, and sunshine. You will find her most other times daydreaming about her well-loved grown sons while eating at PCC.
