Welcome in the season of fall with a relaxing yin and conscious breathwork workshop.This workshop is designed to create space for you to connect to your most potent natural resources; your breath and your body. In this workshop students will be guided through a deeply meditative yin yoga practice followed by conscious active breathing. This powerful combination of movement and breathwork creates space for students to release stagnant energy and break through physical and emotional barriers.
