Slowly unravel and surrender to the nourishment of your breath, gentle hands on touch, and the quiet power that is Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga Teacher Jamie Otto will guide you through a delicious two-hour yin practice, where Reiki Master Shawnda Noone will incorporate gentle hands on touch to facilitate energy restoration.

Reiki is a technique that promotes the flow of life force energy in the whole body including body, mind, and spirit. By lingering in yin poses, we begin to stimulate and target the deeper connective tissues in the body and tend our parasympathetic nervous system. This therapeutic practice coupled with Reiki will release tension, clear space, and allow for the natural healing processes of the body.

This workshop will give you the space to explore the levels of depth that are connected to the inner workings of the self. Taking you out of your mind, we hope to bring you back into your hearts and offer the nurturance to replenish your mind, body and spirit.

Please note, there are limited spaces available for this workshop.

Shawnda Noone
“My teaching style is influenced by the art of slowing down and doing it in a way that allows you to tune into the subtle messages of the body. Creating the space for integrated movement that is not only supportive and playful, but nurturing and spiritual. Through my passion for words and metaphors, philosophy, breath work, meditation, and silly jokes; I encourage each student to tap into their experience and mindfully shape-shift in a way that feels nurturing and sustainable for their body. Ultimately this is their, your, practice and I gratefully get the honor to move through it with you, with the intention that it not only feels delicious in your body but expansive on all levels.”
