Yin yoga involves being in deep stretches for minutes at a time. The relatively long hold of postures creates space for cultivating the observing mind and creating a meditation while in each posture.
Experience a blend of yin yoga asana, pranayama, and seated meditation, and reconnect to the stillness within. The immersion will include an extended pranayama practice and partially-guided seated meditation, with opportunities for additional meditation within each long-held yin pose. Modifications will be offered throughout the posture practice.
Leave feeling more centered and connected to Spirit.
