Yoga will be a 75 minute gentle flow / restorative hatha style from 7:15 -8:30pm led by Datza and Recess with Live Visuals by Brandy Gray followed by a 30min guided mediation by none other than Mr. C (Superfreq/The Shamen, LA). Bring your mat, water and a warm blanket or extra layer for meditation and come get loose before dancing your Valentine weekend away.
