Embodying Grace

Saturday, October 5, 12:30-3:00pm

Asana (yoga posture) can be an entry point into an realized state of being. This workshop invites us to come home, to feel, to honor and receive the gifts of being, to experience and embody Grace.Tracking sensation, emotion and thought, we infuse the body with awareness and breath. When we clear stagnant energy, we unravel and create space within.

Within the depth of practice we will cultivate a refuge within the core of now and open ourselves to a tangible experience of the force that breathes us alive, Grace. 

All levels welcome. Space in this class is limited to 18, register early to reserve your spot!

Heartful, The Essence of Anahata

Sunday, October 6, 12:30-3:00pm

In this workshop we will explore the power of breath and heart opening asana to activate and deepen the experience of the Anahata heart chakra. The essence of the heart center is revealed through expanding the connection to breath, creating space within and de-fragmenting the mind. With intention, curiosity, and softening into presence we unfold the gifts of the heart, witnessing a natural flowering of the heart-space. This work nourishes intimacy with self and cultivates a quality of receptivity and acceptance. All levels welcome.

Cost: $55 through September 30, $65 after

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds of 90% up to five days prior to workshop. No refunds allowable after that time.

Adya creates a space for people to dive into the temple of the body, weaving the yoga philosophy into an embodied lived experience. With over two decades of training in diverse expressions of embodiment work and earth-based spirituality, Adya is passionate about supporting others to embrace the depth of living and rise into peace and empowerment. Adya was an 8 Limbs instructor from 2000 through 2003. She teaches internationally and holds Yoga Teacher Trainings and workshops in Costa Rica and Australia.
