Classes are $10/class or $25/month.
About the instructor: Holly Hay
Holly Hay studied yoga and massage in India for one year and has been a dedicated therapist and instructor for ten years. She has taught in Spain, Portugal, India, South Korea, Mexico, Costa Rica, and several cities in the USA. Holly brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her classes and has a passion for blending the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga in every class.
Holly also has certifications in Shamanic Healing (with Ylva Radziszewski and Katy Pavlis), Massage Therapy (Cortiva Institude School of Massage), Reiki, Somatic Experiencing and a MA in Counseling.
