In this extended Hatha yoga practice, you’ll enjoy learning how the wall can be your best teacher. You will refine alignment, find strengths/weaknesses in familiar poses and deepen body awareness using the wall to guide & support your practice. We’ll play with balance, inversions, opening, stretching and strength-building with plenty of encouragement and feedback. Plan to enjoy an extended, blissful savasana and leave feeling refreshed, wiser and fully alive!

Cost: $30 early, $40 day of space permitting

About the Instructor: Jenny Rhodes

Jenny Rhodes Yoga SeattleJenny is an experienced, compassionate and skilled yoga teacher, offering Hatha, Vinyasa, Pre/Postnatal classes, and workshops in Seattle, weaving guided meditation, pranayama and yoga philosophy into each class. She cultivates fluidity, strength and grace into both her practice and teachings; creating safe, encouraging space for students to work with an appreciation for the body they’re in. As our yoga practice is ever-evolving Jenny feels our greatest gift is to remain patient, curious and forgiving with ourselves each time we step onto our mats, remaining open to what arises.
With humor and an open heart, Jenny takes a balanced approach to teaching and to life, bringing inspiration and purpose to everything she offers. It’s a practice, and practice makes permanent!
