Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences that have existed for thousands of years. Rich with wisdom that teaches us how to live a better, mindful and healthier life. Enlightened beings understood that being a woman meant playing multiple roles in everyday life for a lifetime. Yoga and Ayurveda have given us many pearls of wisdom that we can use to deal with the responsibilities and challenges that come our way as women. Especially with regard to menstrual health. Showing us that there is a better way not only to live but to thrive.

Join us for a 4 part series of Yoga and Ayurveda. A new area of focus with every workshop.  You are welcome to sign up for one workshop or the entire series. Each workshop will have equal focus on yogic techniques as well as ayurvedic concepts and practices. You will walk away not only with a deeper understanding but also ways in which you can convert the wisdom into simple, effective and powerful home practices.
