Yoga + Beer at Redhook in Woodinville

Our first Yoga + Beer gathering in Washington! Join us at Redhook in Woodinville for an outdoor yoga class in the park-like setting of their grassy bowl. Plan on staying to enjoy lunch and a pint after class.

This detox + retox class, led by Yoga + Beer instructor, Mika Timmons, is all an all-levels flow yoga class. Your registration includes a 60 minute yoga class and your first pint.

Things to know:

• Cost: $25 for Yoga + Beer, including practice and your first pint.
• Food is available for purchase after class.
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, if possible.
• Please bring your own mat if you can, although we always have extras to borrow.
