Learn how to perform yoga postures for maximum bone safety, which poses are most effective for building bone and preventing fracture, and postures to avoid if you are at high fracture risk. Class will primarily consist of lecture materials, but please dress to move freely, as we make practice using bone-safe form in a few select postures.

Sunday, April 19th @1-3 pm
