How many of us start our Mondays exhausted and dreading the week ahead?

Start your week fresh with this reset for your nervous system. Join Megan once a month on Sunday evening for a deeply restorative practice to help you unwind physically and clear your mind to prepare you for the coming week. Each month will offer a unique practice combining restorative yoga and yin yoga poses, pranayama (breath practices) and meditation and yoga nidra (a yoga practice designed to help those struggling with sleep).

Designed to relieve stress, ease body tension and promote good sleep, these monthly practices are a must for practitioners of all levels. No previous yoga experience required.

*This event takes place in-studio. Space is limited.
*In accordance with the CDC & WA State Mandate, masks are required by all at all times unless students show their vaccination certificate and are fully vaccinated. Then masks are optional.
*Cancellation policy: No refunds can be offered. If you provide 48 hours notice that you cannot attend, Yogabliss will credit your account the tuition for the workshop.

Megan Sloan Yoga SeattleWhat to expect in Megan’s classes: Megan’s classes vary from gentle to vigorous and incorporate modifications appropriate to all levels. She offers a style that is accessible, easy to understand and woven together with depth and humor. Her specialty is creating a nurturing space for mamas to explore in her weekly prenatal and postnatal classes. All of her classes are often focused on the lunar and seasonal cycles, and meditation and breathwork geared toward accessing energy and the chakra system. You can also join her for weekly yoga nidra practice and regular sound bath offerings.
