Yoga for Fertility 8-week Class Series

Trying to conceive?  Yoga for Fertility can help improve your chances of success.  In a Harvard-based study, women participating in a yoga and relaxation program achieved successful pregnancies at nearly triple the rate of women who were not in the program. This specially designed Yoga for Fertility program, led by an internationally-recognized expert, helps enhance your fertility and prepares your body for conception and pregnancy.   The class is open to women who are trying to conceive, either naturally or through assisted reproductive technology. The class environment is small and supportive, and all levels of yoga experience, including new to yoga, are welcome.

Schedule: Thursdays from 7:00pm to 8:15pm from March 2nd 2017 to April 20th 2017

Cost:

• $195 for 8 weeks
• $180 for returning students

Instructor:  Lynn Jensen, E-RYT, RPYT, MBA.   Co-author of Yoga and Fertility, A Journey to Health and Healing, and producer of the DVD Yoga for Fertility, Simple Practices for Fertility Support. She has been teaching yoga in Seattle since 1997. She is a registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance, and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She is also a registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher.   She developed the Yoga for Fertility program in 2002, after going through her own challenges with fertility. Since then, She has been offering several Yoga for Fertility classes each week, as well as retreats, workshops and teacher trainings.  To date, there are over 1,500 “graduates” of her Yoga for Fertility programs, who are now busy parenting.
