Like a composed score for a film, a Live-scored Yoga Flow class is more than simply music added to a time-based experience. Each live-score is a uniquely purposeful, poetically context specific composition, sensitively improvised and delivered in real-time to upgrade the qualitative nature of the comprehensively intelligent experience that Seattle yoga legend Kathleen Hunt consistently and warmly presents. With decades of experience between them and a vibrant collab-based format, this Live-scored Yoga Flow class is more than the sum of its talented parts, a must-try for anyone craving a high-quality experimental structure.

Kathleen Hunt‘s Yoga Flow class builds strength, stamina and flexibility. We will explore Vinyasa (flowing movement sequences) with slow, sustained stretches, refinement of alignment in held poses, as well as breath awareness and mental focus. In short, it is a practice of moving meditation, which delivers boosted clarity and peace. Yoga has been defined as ‘Awareness in Action’. We are reminded to listen to our bodies and enjoy the evolution of becoming fully present in the here and now. (Kid friendly!)
