Let Rachel Byrne, OTR/L, PBP, RYT guide you through a challenging but accessible vinyasa flow yoga class on Tuesday nights.

Our Tuesday evening classes are designed to challenge your body while promoting mindful movement and body awareness. We will curiously explore our thought processes and movement patterns in order to balance flexibility with strength in both realms. These classes are designed for those with some basic yoga experience who wish to deepen their understanding within the discipline, and for those who wish to calm their minds by turning attention inward and to the breath. Rachel will work with you to improve your vinyasa flow foundation by modifying poses for safe alignment, and help with your personal yoga practice development. This yoga class will develop strength and mindful breathing patterns for you to become your best self.
