Join Michael Graney to explore the fullness of a 2- hour Vinyasa flow module that will challenge you on all levels of your practice!

This Vinyasa workshop moves through 3 separate major flow sequences exploring the karma (stages) and mandala (relationship) of poses. Each major sequence wave is composed of minor related waves and builds in intensity physically and mentally requiring increasing levels of concentration, openness and muscular engagement and alignment.

The module is 2 hours long and will begin with slow rhythmic movement unfolding and expanding into fuller body cycles that are challenging and choreographed into a soundtrack that will keep you energized and gracefully flowing from asana to asana as you flow through the practice.
