Improve the stability and flexibility of your spine and discover how correct posture and spinal movement enhances your overall sense of well-being. Join Kelley in this special 2 hour workshop to learn how to release back tension, take greater care of your posture, and explore ways to free your spine with movement. When we have healthy movement of the spine, in all its dimensions, it allows for a continual flow of energy for our optimum physical, emotional and spiritual health.

Who is this workshop appropriate for?
This workshop is recommended if you suffer from any form of back pain, if you experience limited mobility in your spine and you would like to strengthen your yoga practice.

You’ll learn and practice asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation techniques to:

  • Increase your spine’s stability, mobility and flexibility
  • Improve and maintain good nature
  • Strengthen your core and other supporting muscles
  • Identify and address and muscle imbalances
  • Alleviate your back pain
  • Improve your body’s energy circulation

After the workshop you will walk away feeling a greater sense of freedom and release in your spine, as well as know how to take better care of your back in daily life, particularly through yoga.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced students. Some previous yoga experience is recommended.

I have had the greatest of fortunes to have been given the privilege of studying, practicing and teaching Yoga and Ayurveda for more than 25 years. I feel blessed with its immeasurable gifts every sacred day and feel humbled to be able to share them with my community!
