Looking to begin your yoga practice? Great! You have come to the right place. Our comprehensive, introductory 6 week beginner course at Aham Yoga is designed for students who are new to yoga. Classes meet once a week for 6 weeks, and we recommend attending the entire series from start to finish. We cover the fundamental poses with a key focus on alignment, technique, breathing patterns and mindfulness. No prior knowledge of yoga is necessary.Β The class is structured to the level of the participants, and is the perfect start to a safe and lifelong yoga practice.

The course will help you understand and connect with your own body, leave you feeling stronger and more open. Your practice will begin to alleviate daily aches and pains for lifestyle, as well as equip you with the ability to cope with stress better and leave you feeling more rejuvenated and relaxed.
