Yoga for Beginners with Arundhati Baitmangalkar

Are you new to yoga, and looking to begin your yoga practice? Great! You’ve come to the right place! Our comprehensive, introductory Yoga for Beginners Series at Aham Yoga is designed for students just like you who’ve got little to no experience in yoga. During this series, you’ll learn fundamental, key yoga poses with a clear focus on alignment, technique, breathing patterns, and mindfulness – perfect for a novice in yoga! No prior knowledge of yoga necessary. The class is structured to meet you at your level and is a great way to start yoga successfully.
Our Beginners Yoga series will help you connect with your body and breath. While making you stronger and flexible. Don’t be intimated to sign up! Once you’re done with the beginners’ yoga series, you’ll move up to our Level 1 classes – opening up a whole new world of possibilities in the practice. With consistency, your practice will begin to alleviate daily aches and pains due to lifestyle, as well as equip you with the ability to cope with stress more effectively and leave you feeling more rejuvenated and relaxed. Who wouldn’t want that? If you’re looking to commit and get started – we’re your best option!
We can’t wait to get you on your yoga mat. It’s best to pre-register as we only accept a limited number of participants per Beginners Series. After the completion of your series, the next step will be to move to our on-going Level 1 classes. More on that when we meet in class.

We offer beginners yoga classes on Wednesdays. Each series is 6 weeks long. We accept new enrollments only at the start of the series and not in between. It’s best to pre-register online.
Date & Time: Wednesdays – April 3rd to May 8th, 2019 – 8 pm to 9 pm.
What to bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. Yoga classes are conducted bare feet.
Please note: You are enrolling for a group yoga class. This class is suitable for anyone in good general health & well-being. If you are injured, recovering from an injury, had surgery, a senior or anything else that needs special attention. Please contact us before enrolling at email@example.com. Our goal is to help you get started the right way. And sometimes a group setting may not be the place for severe injuries.

About the instructor: Arundhati Baitmangalkar
Arundhati came to Yoga after spending years being a Bollywood dance instructor and performer while living in India. She is the founder and lead teacher at Aham Yoga, a yoga teacher trainer, blogger, entrepreneur and an eternal student of yoga. Today she is one of the leading Yoga teachers in the greater Seattle area. Recognized for her knowledge, authenticity, precision, and ability to simplify yogic knowledge to suit the needs of her students. She is a champion of women’s health issues and believes that every woman was born with a greater purpose of making the world a better and stronger place to live in. She teaches women health workshops often and looks forward to changing how women view their health and connection to their bodies.
