This training adds a valuable skill to your yoga teaching toolkit. Approximately 1 in 8 couples in the U.S. today face fertility challenges. This equates to over 7 million couples in the U.S. who would benefit from Yoga for Fertility classes with a trained instructor. Yoga is recommended by many fertility doctors, naturopaths and acupuncturists. The Yoga for Fertility Teacher Training program is based on Lynn Jensen’s proven Yoga for Fertility Program, from which nearly 2,000 women and couples have graduated since 2002. This is a unique, on-site teacher training program, with opportunities to observe Lynn’s classes. Yoga Alliance CE’s available.

Instructor: Lynn Jensen, E-RYT, RPYT, MBA, author of “Yoga and Fertility, A Journey to Health and Healing”, and producer of the DVD: Yoga for Fertility, Simple Practices for Fertility Support. Lynn teaches weekly Yoga for Fertility and Yoga for Healthy Hormones classes in Seattle, as well as Yoga for Women classes at Microsoft. She designed and taught the yoga program for a National Institute of Health study on Yoga for Menopause. Lynn has presented at numerous Resolve Conferences, STARS, the Northwest Yoga Conference and other events.
