What does yoga have to do with your hormones? Plenty! This workshop includes a discussion about how hormones impact your health, and yoga’s role in helping to regulate hormones, followed by a hormone-balancing yoga practice. Come away with information and practices you can use daily to support healthy hormones, and enhance your physical, mental, and emotional health. Yoga can be helpful for conditions including: PMS, irregular cycles, cramps, mood swings, thyroid imbalance, chronic stress, fertility issues, insomnia, menopausal symptoms and more. Open to women of all ages who are interested in using yoga to help maintain a healthy hormonal balance.

Workshop instructor is Lynn Jensen, E-RYT, RPYT, MBA. Lynn has been teaching yoga since 1997 and currently teaches weekly Yoga for Fertility and Yoga for Healthy Hormones classes in Seattle, as well as Yoga for Women classes at Microsoft. She is the author of a book and a DVD on Yoga for Fertility, and designed the yoga program for a National Institute of Health-funded study on Yoga and Hot Flashes.
