Explore a slow flow yoga practice, guided by Leah Glanz, to cultivate deeper love and acceptance of your body using breath, props, and thoughtful movements to support all the curves of your beautifully capable body.

During this workshop we’ll address the culture of ableism – body privilege & fat bias. Typical yoga classes are taught as “one size fits all”, in turn creating frustration, negative self-talk, defeat, and adding to body related trauma, causing a sense of separation in a space designed for healing and connection.

You’ll leave with tools of accessibility through individualized exploration, igniting a sense of empowerment, ready to attend group classes and cultivate your home practice
