Strengthen and condition to support your yoga practice with Casey at this workshop designed to challenge yourself and increase your fitness. 45 minutes of yoga-inspired movement that will be accessible and athletic followed by 30-40 minutes of deep, supported stretching and savasana.

Casey has always been an athlete and has continued to train regularly outside of Yoga. She feels that cross training is a crucial part to staying healthy and supported in her Yoga practice and to avoid injury. The goal with this workshop is to find a way for cross training and yoga to work together, to compliment each other, while still honoring what sets them apart.
No shoes or equipment necessary. Come as if it was a regular class. Little to no extra heat will be added, but we will sweat!
