Intro to Yoga Series with Amy Brightman

Are you curious about yoga but don’t know where to start? Are you looking to rediscover your practice? Join us for the Intro to Yoga Series beginning in October as we look at and discuss how the foundational poses can fit your unique body.
The Intro to Yoga Series is a four-week series designed to give the novice yogi (or those wanting a refresher) an understanding of the foundational poses and breath work encountered in any vinyasa class. You will discover the anatomical principles for the warrior series, high plank, low plank, upward and downward facing dog along with some twists, backbends and hip openers. Classes will meet once a week for 75 minutes on four consecutive Sunday afternoons: October 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th.

Cost: $120 for 4 weeks series.
