Yoga Nidra to Distill Your Body & Mind

This online Yoga Nidra session will focus on releasing the distractions of our world as it is right now and extract the essential aspects of living your life from a place of gratitude and inner peace.
Tina leads this healing, nourishing event annually during December to provide a respite from the business of the holidays. This year you can join in on this beloved tradition from anywhere in the world! As an added bonus of this virtual format, we are not limited by fitting people into a room – so invite your friends to join you for this healing, restful event.
What You’ll Need:
✓ A yoga mat or another space to lie down, supported, for a long period of time. A quiet environment, if possible, is supportive of this practice.
✓ Any blankets, cozy socks, or props you want to stay comfortable during the session. You’ll be still and relaxed for a long period of time.
✓ Traditionally this class is done with candles throughout the room. We invite you to light some of you own! This is entirely optional.

About the instructor: Tina Templeman
Guiding Yoga Nidra is one of Tina Templeman’s favorite things to do during the holiday season. She has been leading yoga Nidra sessions for 8 years and graduated from Stanford University’s Cultivating Compassion Course. In everything she does, she leads with wisdom and compassion.
