Yoga Nidra means “Divine Sleep of the Yogis.” It is a healing practice that can improve the quality of your sleep (and your waking life!). This workshop is a deep relaxation geared toward cultivating greater self-compassion. During the practice, you will set a Sankalpa (intention), enjoy an extended body scan, and be guided through visualizations that lead up to a dream-like state where you can fully bliss out and embrace all that you are. A chance to truly be with yourself.

About the instructor: Alyssa Franks
Alyssa is a certified Yoga and Integrative Alexander Technique teacher with a background in performing arts. She uses various forms of yoga and meditation to help people move freely, breathe easily, and live with joy.
