Join Matthew Dauble and Cheryl Yamamoto for a very powerful and healing experience. Cheryl will guide you through a yoga Nidra meditation while Matthew weaves together an amazing soundscape of crystal bowls, gong, shamanic drums, live guitar and vocals. Bring your yoga mat and any pillows, blankets or props to make yourself comfortable. Room is heated to room temp. Invite your friends and family.
