Shiatsu utilizes the healing power of our own hands along with maps of the shiatsu pressure points to help increase the healthy flow of energy through our systems.
Healing medicinal plants have been our allies on this planet from the very beginning. Aromatherapy will help prepare us for our guided relaxation. We will anoint ourselves with soothing lavender or chamomile essential oils and finish with a restful hour of Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient system of yogic relaxation that allows you to reconnect to your “deepest, most intimate and relaxed receptivity of intuitive spontaneous intelligence” according to Richard Miller, Ph.D. In our practice we will work with a positive affirmation that will help deepen and inspire your practice.
