September is a perfect time to practice self-care, reflect and cultivate inner resources for moving into the fall and winter months. Gather with other yogis in this beautiful setting, bask in nature, and deepen your practice. Morning yoga practice will be a slow, deliberate, mindful flowing class. Evening sessions will be restorative, emphasizing deep relaxation, yoga nidra and Metta (loving kindness) practices. We will take a guided hike with a staff naturalist on Saturday afternoon or stay and relax at the gorgeous lakeside setting.
