A practice to relieve stress and induce healing.
Come and join us for a practice that will open your body and relax your mind. Whether you are an avid gardener, farmer, or just enjoy being outdoors this pratice will satiate all of your senses as you get to move and breathe while quite literally conneting to the Earth beneath you. This yoga practice is suited to anyone new to yoga and all of those wishing for a mellow outdoor practice. We will go through some breathing exercises, guided meditation and gentle movement catered to the students needs.
Mats will be available for use. Please bring water and anything else you might want. If you have a challenging time sitting on the ground we recommend that you bring a small pillow or blanket.
If the cost is keeping you from joining us, please email heather@nwbloom.com to ask for a scholarship, no one will be turned away for monetary reasons!
Cash at door also accepted, but watch the event as it may be cancelled if less than 5 people pre-register.

Tenney Meisch, along with being a registered yoga teacher and massage therapist, lives to be outside, whether thatβs playing in the mountains or in her garden. Tenney loves sharing her love and knowledge of the human body with her students and helping everyone and their innate ability to know and heal themselves.
