Come join Amy Starner at Spira Power Yoga studio as she helps you find and understand your core muscles. Amy will combine the world of Power Vinyasa Yoga with The Pilates Method to create one amazing core strengthening experience.

The “core” is the torso, extending from the shoulders to the pelvis. This area is sometimes called “the powerhouse” because movement, power and stability originate here.

The combination of Yoga & Pilates will improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the whole human body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, and developing a strong powerhouse, and improving coordination and balance.

The cost of the workshop is $40 but if you prepay, it is only $35.
