Spring is in full swing. Let’s meet it head on! Join your Yogabliss community for an invigorating workshop that will wake you up for the season of renewal, rebirth, and rejuvenation.

The purpose of this 90 minute workshop is to enjoy the benefits of both Yoga and Pilates by combining the two practices in a flow! These movement modalities challenge our bodies & minds; honing our focus, supporting introspection, and building strength & flexibility.

We will begin by exploring some Pilates basics: the origin, principles and some simple exercises to help awaken your core muscles in particular.

We will then combine the two practices in an invigorating flow that will wake up the entire body!

Have no previous experience with Pilates? Don’t worry – your instructor, Nancy Black, will break things down offering opportunities to modify & intensify throughout the workshop experience.

About the instructor: Nancy Black

Nancy Black

 

Nancy has been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years with experience in management, studio ownership, Pilates and personal training. She holds a degree in Kinesiology, is a certified Romana’s Pilates Instructor and a Master Teacher Trainer for Pilates Sports Center. Other certifications include Booty Barre, Pilates Method Alliance, Heart Zones and TRX. Nancy’s background and experience enable her to create safe yet challenging and effective programming for all levels of clients. She enjoys working out and being active and her goal is to bring this passion to her clients.
