[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In this 2 hour focused class we will explore how the round muscles in the body interact with the cranial system and the reflexes to support relaxation and balance in basic yoga poses. The cranial system supports rhythmic integration and stillness in our core structures and nervous system. You can expect to learn some new ways to access your favorite classic poses in a deeply gentle and integrating practice.

Susanna Reynolds

I’ve been a teacher of arts and I’ve been a teacher with children and I’ve been a teacher with adults and in parenting and in many other forms of teaching. I’ve had a bodywork practice for 30 plus years so I have a knowledge-base to draw on but it is still very different to teach yoga, you have to move and speak and you have to look and you have to listen… (I say) I don’t get to teach unless there’s someone here to do this with me so I always feel really grateful to the people who come because I feel like yoga is truly shared, even though we are individually on our mats, I feel like it is a shared experience hugely. In a class I feel like we are all moving and breathing and helping each other to be more human and more present and more in our bodies… there’s parts of that, you don’t do alone and the opportunity to teach yoga… and become a teacher, has been a door into a way to have that in my life regularly and I am really happy about that.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
