Experience the power of Yoga with dance music. The session kicks off with a dynamic yoga-dance and eventually flows seamlessly into a deep, guided meditation practice.

What to expect?- LOTS and LOTS of fun!!- Breathing techniques and Yoga poses to relax the body and mind- Yoga based breathing and mindfulness meditation tools that will help you reduce stress and find more energy
