Join us Saturday the 14th of June for a special “Yoga for runners” workshop. The focus will be on yoga postures that increase endurance, flexibility and overall health and wellness. The focus will be on meditation and breathing techniques for pre and post run visualization. The workshop will be ended by a deep restful and supported meditation while lying on the spine.

The workshop is taught by Michelle Pugh, an avid runner, yogini and owner of Joonbug Yoga.
