We are so excited to offer a fun and inspiring summer camp for young women (ages 12-15) lead by yoga teacher and self-expression enthusiast Karina Brossmann. This is a week long camp, from July 24-28th, for young women to experience the bliss of yoga, the fun of dance and the deep nourishment of expressing yourself with others. Karina believes adolescents deserve access to the spiritual tools of self awareness and has made it her personal mission to provide a space for young people to explore and know themselves more deeply.

During this camp the girls will get the chance to practice yoga, meditation and mindfulness as well as get to dance, express and do some creative activities like drawing, journaling and improvisation.

Cost:

  • $250 early bird register by June 1st
  • $300 register after June 1st

Schedule:

  • Camp runs Monday – Friday 2 pm – 4 pm.
