His 20 yoga study trips to India have helped make him one of the most knowledgeable teachers of Iyengar Yoga in this area and in the US.

The training meets on 14 TWO day weekends over a 18 months period with time to assimilate the material. Also included is 100 hours of Supervised Apprenticeship Training with Richard Schachtel AND/Or 100 Hours of Weekend Specialized Workshops. The program has been revised as of 8/1/2015 to include the apprenticeship option which is sorely missing in most 300 hour “advanced” trainings!
