Use Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls to begin to understand the benefits of alignment, function and movement through the release of myofascial and muscular tension.
Learn a variety of self-massage techniques using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls as well as other self-care tools to reduce pain, improve posture, and enhance performance. In this workshop, we will use specific techniques that will relieve tension, improve your breathing capacity, break dysfunctional movement patterns, and provide invaluable insight into your own anatomical architecture. Easy and effective self-care techniques will address each major area of the body and teach you how to understand functional movement, reduce and/or eliminate pain, prevent injuries, and increase mobility. Students of all levels are welcome—no yoga experience necessary.

About the instructor: Karen Gamble
Karen teaches the Intro Series at Phinney Ridge where she provides enough information and self-compassion to motivate students into yoga studios everywhere. She also teaches inspired vinyasa flow and mindful yin classes.
